When you place an order, create an account, subscribe to our newsletter or contact us, we collect: name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number and payment information.

3. Why we process your data

We process your data to fulfil your order, keep you informed about delivery, provide customer service and meet our legal record-keeping obligations. Legal bases: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) UK GDPR) and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) UK GDPR).

4. Who we share it with

We share data only as needed to fulfil your order: Shopify Inc. (store platform and hosting), our payment providers (to process payment) and our delivery partners (to deliver your order).

Some of our service providers are located outside the UK. Transfers are protected by UK-approved safeguards such as the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
