Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed at vessefashion.uk, operated by GFFC CAPITAL LTD, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16568728), 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom ("Vesse", "we", "us").

1. Ordering

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the details you provide are accurate. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where a product has been listed at an incorrect price due to an error.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via the payment methods displayed. Your card statement will show VESSE.

3. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery is free of charge. Estimated delivery time is 12–18 working days from order confirmation. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

4. Cancellations and returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Details of how to cancel and return items are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Products

We take care to display our products accurately. Slight variations in colour may occur depending on your screen settings. Measurements for each size are listed in our Size Guide.

6. Faulty items

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us at info@vessefashion.uk and we will put it right with a repair, replacement or refund.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
