Your 14-day right to change your mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.
How to return
1. Email us at info@vessefashion.uk with your order number, stating that you wish to return.
2. We will reply within 24 hours on working days with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the items back within 14 days. Return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as the items are your responsibility until they reach us.
Condition of returned items
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags attached. You may try items on as you would in a shop; a reduction may be applied if items are returned used or damaged beyond what is needed to check them.
Refunds
We refund the full price of the returned items to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return (or of you providing proof of postage, whichever is earlier).
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us straight away — we will cover the return and offer a replacement or full refund. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
